YSA Conference 2022

YSA Conference 2022 will take place on the following dates in the following locations:

  • Tokyo: September 23-25 (Fri.-Sun.)

  • Sapporo: October 15-16 (Sat.-Sun.)

  • Fukuoka: October 29-30 (Sat.-Sun.)

Eligibility

All single adults 35-years-old or younger as of the date of each session are welcome to attend. Both members and non-members are invited.

Which Session(s) Do I Attend?

No matter where you live in Japan, you may join any session. Please note, however, that no travel subsidies will be available for these events. Participants are welcome to attend multiple sessions.

Cost

Participation Fee

The participation fee for each session is as follows:

  • Sapporo session: 10,000 JPY

  • Tokyo session: 15,000 JPY

  • Fukuoka session: 10,000 JPY

Additional hotel charges will apply for those who desire to stay in a single room during the Sapporo session and Fukuoka session.

Student Discount (TOKYO Session Only)

A ¥5,000 student discount is available for those who attend the Tokyo session.

Lodging

COVID Protocols

Events organizers will make all efforts to ensure the various events are held in the safest manner possible. Organizers will communicate with you immediately if any session needs to be postponed or cancelled due to pandemic restrictions.
